1. Education and Experience:

   • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
   • Previous experience in graphic design, either through internships, freelance work, or employment.
   • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of design principles.

2. Technical Skills:

   • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
   • Knowledge of other design software or tools may be required depending on the job requirements (e.g., Sketch, Figma, etc.).
   • Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition.
   • Ability to create graphics for both print and digital platforms.
